Data Collected
Data such as name, email, address and payment information may be collected during ticket purchases, account creation and site use. This data is used only for service provision and legal obligations.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) or legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention Period
Data is retained for the duration of the contract and statutory retention periods. Generally 10 years for tax and commercial documents, 3 years or a reasonable period after contract termination for other data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and complaint. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Germany: Landesdatenschutzbehörde).

Product/Service
Event tickets and related services are offered. Prices, taxes and additional costs are displayed on the purchase screen.
Payment and Delivery
Payment options are specified during checkout. Digital tickets can be printed immediately after purchase. Delivery times and costs for printed tickets are specified separately.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, this right may be limited for ticket sales where the event date falls before the withdrawal period. Details are set out in the distance sales agreement.
